Oncology Jobs- Role:
The Oncology Research department is seeking a Co-Op candidate to join the In Vivo Discovery Pharmacology team at Ridgefield, CT. You will work closely with scientists in Tumor Immunology Pharmacology to apply high-plex spatial proteomics, multiplex imaging, and multi-omics integration to decode immune architecture in tumors. The role offers hands-on experience with histology, spatial transcriptomics, and computational analysis, contributing to preclinical and translational oncology research.

Oncology Jobs- Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize multiplexed protein panels for tumor histology
- Conduct high-dimensional imaging and preliminary analysis of tumor tissues
- Develop automated image analysis workflows for single-cell phenotyping and spatial statistics
- Integrate imaging data with RNAseq, proteomics, flow cytometry, and spatial transcriptomics datasets
- Compile, analyze, visualize, and present research findings
- Comply with regulatory standards, SOPs, and documentation requirements
Research Jobs- Eligibility & Requirements:
- Current graduate or advanced degree student enrolled at an accredited college/university
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
- Relevant major or minor (biology, molecular biology, immunology, oncology, systems biology, or related fields)
- Previous experience in research or clinical labs, particularly in immunology, oncology, cell biology, or bioinformatics
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and 18+ years old
Desired Skills & Experience for Oncology Research Jobs:
- Experience with histology and multiplex immunofluorescence assay development
- Computational skills in R, Python, or other coding platforms for data analysis
- Experience with spatial transcriptomic or multiplex imaging platforms (e.g., 10X Visium/HD, Phenocycler, CosMX, GeoMX)
