Role Summary
Assist engineers with various R&D job functions within active projects for Ethicon Biosurgery.
Duties and Responsibilities
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Attend team meetings as necessary
- Perform necessary mechanical and laboratory testing, and post-testing analysis
- Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
Experience and Education
- Junior, Senior, or Graduate student at an accredited college/university at the time of co-op.
- Majors in Biomedical Engineering, and Bioengineering
- Generally Requires 0-2 Years ofย Work Experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills preferred, but not required.
- Previous laboratory skills preferred, but not required.
- No certifications/licenses required
