Educational Requirements for the GMP Intern Role:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Life Sciences or related field
- Expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2026
- Previous internship or relevant lab experience preferred
Internship Details:
- Start Date: May 11th or June 15th, 2026 (10โ12 weeks duration)
- Eligibility: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship)
- Compensation & Relocation: Our undergraduate Research & Development internships offer an hourly rate between $21.50 – $28.75 dependent upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). Additionally, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000 if necessary. Student must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.
Key Responsibilities of GMP Intern:
- Partner with leadership to identify efficiency improvements and benchmark best practices.
- Manage and optimize laboratory or operational processes while ensuring GMP/GLP compliance.
- Execute experimental plans, analyze data, and support the creation of technical reports.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across Business Development, Quality, Operations, and Marketing.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives using PPI and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure safety, training, and ISO quality standards are maintained.
- Maintain accurate documentation for intellectual property protection.
Skills Required for the GMP Intern:
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and ISO standards
- Problem-solving mindset and process improvement aptitude
- Team collaboration and adaptability in fast-paced environments
