Opportunity
Join our team as a Research Assistant and contribute to internationally-leading research in neurodegenerative diseases. This position offers you the opportunity to work under the guidance of Chief Investigator – Professor Anthony Don at the Charles Perkins Centre.
Base Salary: $86,511 – $91,681 + 17% superannuation
Key Responsibilities
- Work effectively with research fellows and postgraduate students
- Assist with research into Alzheimer’s disease and multiple sclerosis
- Contribute to research publications
- Ensure laboratory standards and safety compliance
About You
The ideal candidate should have an honors or master’s degree in Biomedical Science, Neuroscience, Bioinformatics, or Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Experience in laboratory techniques and a collaborative research spirit are essential.
