Educational Requirements for Internship:
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s Degree program with a Life Sciences focus OR
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering, Scientific Undergraduate, or Master’s degree program
Key Responsibilities for Internship:
- Support campaign readiness activities for GMP operations in DSM manufacturing areas
- Collaborate with experienced manufacturing functional groups on assigned projects
- Assist in business process mapping for Campaign Readiness
- Help develop tools and resources used for campaign lifecycle management
- Provide frontline process support to production operations
- Partner with manufacturing teams to improve information sharing across upstream and downstream operations
- Create and deliver a project presentation to site leadership at the end of the internship
Skills Required for Internship:
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented GMP environment
- Willingness to learn drug substance manufacturing operations
