Educational Requirements for the Summer Internship:

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university

Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in:

Microbiology

Or a related scientific discipline
Key Responsibilities of the Food Safety Intern:
- Conduct quality checks on finished food products
- Document quality and food safety procedures, instructions, and formats
- Support food safety and quality programs, including BRC, HACCP, QA/QC, GMP, sanitation, and hygiene practices
- Assist in product preparation and participate in sensory analysis in this Summer Internship.
- Support routine quality technician duties as required
- Perform additional tasks and assignments to support Quality & Food Safety operations
Skills Required for the Summer Internship:
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage industry quality requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong interest in building a career in the food industry
