Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED + 3 years administrative support experience OR
- 2 years college in scientific, health-related, or business program + 1 year admin/customer service experience OR
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) + 1 year admin support or nursing experience OR
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, MD, or PhD in scientific, health-related, or business program
- Preferred: BA/BS in life sciences (neurosciences, psychology)
Key Responsibilities of Clinical Research Coordinator Role:
- Maintain research project data, complete source documents/case report forms, and perform data entry
- Assist with patient recruitment and screening for studies
- Attend study meetings and coordinate study procedures
- Order and maintain research equipment and supplies
- Conduct interviews and quality of life questionnaires
- Collect, process, and prepare study specimens for shipping
- Track regulatory submissions and assist with quality assurance
- Perform additional approved responsibilities as required
