Educational Requirements:
- Degree-level education in a Food Science–based subject
- HACCP Level 3 qualification
- Food Safety Level 4 qualification
Key Responsibilities:
- In the Quality Assurance Jobs at Greggs, you should provide technical leadership on-site, with responsibility for food safety and quality standards
- Direct and manage a team of Quality Assurance Technicians
- Work closely with production, engineering, and hygiene teams
- Lead the annual BRCGS Food Standard audit
- Ensure continuous compliance with BRCGS Food requirements
- Lead the HACCP team and oversee full HACCP implementation in the Quality Assurance Jobs
- Manage allergen management and risk assessment processes
