Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers by attending meetings and preparing minutes and action logs in the Life Science Jobs at IQVIA.
- Prepare protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents
- Assist with setup and oversight of protocol-specific Laboratory Centralized Monitoring requirements
- Perform routine project tasks, including site loading, Investigator Portal access, and kit shipments
- In the Life Science Jobs at IQVIA, you should monitor day-to-day study performance and oversee Laboratory Centralized Monitoring activities
- Manage and support resolution of protocol queries, issues, and escalations
- Use monitoring tools and status reports to identify trends and provide performance feedback in the Project Coordinator Role
- Coordinate communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers
- Lead customer communications during periods when the Project Manager is unavailable in the Life Science Jobs at IQVIA
- Oversee and support project close-out activities
