Educational Requirements for the Clinical Research Specialist Role:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of clinical site management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, or a related medical/scientific field
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare clinical trial sites for data collection and execution in the Clinical Research Specialist Role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with research coordinators and study sites
- Prepare regulatory reports, protocols, and patient record forms
- Assist with data cleaning and quality oversight
- In the Clinical Research Jobs at Medtronic, you should support the design, planning, and development of clinical evaluation research studies
- Oversee operational aspects of clinical trials in compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regional regulations
- Interpret results of clinical investigations for medical device or consumer applications
- Assist with clinical supply operations, site selection, and vendor coordination
- Represent Medtronic from a clinical research perspective within assigned regions in the Clinical Research Jobs at Medtronic
