Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED + 3 years administrative support experience OR
  • 2 years college in scientific, health-related, or business program + 1 year admin/customer service experience OR
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) + 1 year admin support or nursing experience OR
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, MD, or PhD in scientific, health-related, or business program
  • Preferred: BA/BS in life sciences (neurosciences, psychology)

Key Responsibilities of Clinical Research Coordinator Role:

  • Maintain research project data, complete source documents/case report forms, and perform data entry
  • Assist with patient recruitment and screening for studies
  • Attend study meetings and coordinate study procedures
  • Order and maintain research equipment and supplies
  • Conduct interviews and quality of life questionnaires
  • Collect, process, and prepare study specimens for shipping
  • Track regulatory submissions and assist with quality assurance
  • Perform additional approved responsibilities as required
