Educational Requirements for the Quality Control Analyst Role:
- Associate’s degree in a relevant scientific field OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with 0–2 years of experience in a GMP laboratory
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Quality Control Analyst, you should perform routine and non-routine QC testing in a GMP microbiology laboratory
- Support in-process testing, release testing, and testing for commercial and clinical products
- Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on a daily basis
- Prepare solutions and reagents used for QC testing
- Maintain QC laboratory equipment, systems, and procedures in the Quality Control Jobs at Pfizer.
- Perform QC sample testing and data documentation
- Create, revise, and maintain SOPs and controlled documents
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain required training curricula and compliance records
- Follow all company health, safety, and compliance procedures
- Lift and move laboratory materials or equipment as required in the Quality Control Analyst Role
Skills Required for the Quality Control Analyst Role:
- Basic experience in GMP laboratory environments
- Knowledge of biological and/or chemical handling
