Educational Requirements for the Quality Control Analyst Role:

  • Associate’s degree in a relevant scientific field OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with 0–2 years of experience in a GMP laboratory

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Quality Control Analyst, you should perform routine and non-routine QC testing in a GMP microbiology laboratory
  • Support in-process testing, release testing, and testing for commercial and clinical products
  • Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on a daily basis
  • Prepare solutions and reagents used for QC testing
  • Maintain QC laboratory equipment, systems, and procedures in the Quality Control Jobs at Pfizer.
  • Perform QC sample testing and data documentation
  • Create, revise, and maintain SOPs and controlled documents
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain required training curricula and compliance records
  • Follow all company health, safety, and compliance procedures

Skills Required for the Quality Control Analyst Role:

  • Basic experience in GMP laboratory environments
