Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities of the Associate Specialist Role:
- Act as subject matter expert in Supplier Quality Management and participate in internal/external audits.
- Establish and manage Quality/Change agreements with suppliers.
- Update SOPs to ensure compliance with Quality Manual and GDL requirements.
- Maintain supplier-related EDMS systems.
- Supervise third-party contractors involved in supplier qualification processes.
- Solve complex problems using logical analysis and combined data sources.
- Track and manage CAPA commitments from suppliers to prevent overdue actions.
- Support COMET QM system updates as site SME.
- Drive collaboration and transformational change culture.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with strategic thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
- Knowledge in Quality Auditing, QA Systems, CAPA Tracking, SOP Management, Supplier Qualification, and COMET QM.
