Educational Requirements for the Clinical Data Manager Role:
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Preferred fields: Life Sciences, or Biomedical or related disciplines
Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Data Manager:
- Review clinical protocols and data review documentation (PDRP, DQMP)
- Perform clinical data listings review and discrepancy resolution
- Conduct data cleaning as per Clean Patient Group guidelines
- Manage CRF field freezing and database locking activities in the Clinical Data Management Jobs at Bristol Myers Squibb.
- Coordinate with Data Management Leads on study deliverables
- Review and track external data loads and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with external data vendors as required
- File and maintain documentation in eTMF according to the master plan
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH, and internal data management standards
Skills Required for the Clinical Data Manager Role:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical data review
- Strong knowledge of Clinical Drug Development processes
- Familiarity with FDA / ICH GCP guidelines
- Hands-on experience with EDC systems (Medidata RAVE preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
