Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science–related field
- Registered Nursing certification or equivalent qualification may be considered
- Relevant clinical research experience or formal training in medical terminology and anatomy
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements (EU and FDA)
Key Responsibilities for Research Associate Role:
- Perform and coordinate clinical monitoring and site management activities
- Conduct remote and on-site monitoring visits to ensure protocol compliance
- Ensure data accuracy through source data review (SDR) and source data verification (SDV)
- Review case report forms (CRFs) and essential trial documentation
- Monitor investigational product accountability and site processes
- Maintain audit readiness and escalate issues to clinical management
- Support site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities
- Facilitate communication between sites, sponsors, and internal teams
Skills Required for Research Associate Role:
- Strong understanding of clinical research processes and medical terminology
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage risk-based monitoring activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial systems
- Fluency in English and Turkish
