Educational Requirements for this Job:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, or a related field
- Minimum 80% English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Experience in food safety systems, prerequisite programs, and GMP audits
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and regulatory compliance requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution and follow-up of food safety prerequisite programs in the Food Science Job at Kellanova
- Conduct annual review of procedures, formats, and quality system documentation
- Lead documentation and follow-up of food safety incidents and deviations
- Investigate operational or sanitary out-of-standard conditions
- Manage non-conformities derived from audits or regulatory visits
- Deliver regulatory and food safety training programs in this Food Science Job in Mexico
- Maintain procedures aligned with regulatory and corporate standards
