Educational Requirements for Regulatory Professional role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within chemicals or biocides
Key Responsibilities for Regulatory Professional role:
- Create and maintain Hazard Communication documents (SDS, labels, Poison Centre notifications) for the EMEA portfolio
- Assess ATP updates to Classification and Labelling and ensure compliance
- Generate Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) documents in IUCLID for BPR authorisations
- Lead transitional BPR work programs for Wood and Materials Protection
- Track and process payments to regulatory authorities
Skills Required for Regulatory Professional role:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and ability to simplify complex regulations
- Proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a matrix environment
- Experience with IUCLID, R4BP3, and SDS authoring tools (SAP EH&S)
- Working knowledge of BPR, CLP, REACH, and related frameworks
