Educational Requirements for Regulatory Professional role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within chemicals or biocides

Key Responsibilities for Regulatory Professional role:

  • Create and maintain Hazard Communication documents (SDS, labels, Poison Centre notifications) for the EMEA portfolio
  • Assess ATP updates to Classification and Labelling and ensure compliance
  • Generate Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) documents in IUCLID for BPR authorisations
  • Lead transitional BPR work programs for Wood and Materials Protection
  • Track and process payments to regulatory authorities

Skills Required for Regulatory Professional role:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and ability to simplify complex regulations
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a matrix environment
  • Experience with IUCLID, R4BP3, and SDS authoring tools (SAP EH&S)
  • Working knowledge of BPR, CLP, REACH, and related frameworks
