  • Perform buffer preparation, manual dispensing, and support automated fill/cap/label processes.
  • Assist in kitting finished goods and complex manufacturing tasks as needed.
  • Support improvement efforts through Change Requests and Change Orders.
  • Generate reports for Nonconforming Materials, Out of Specifications, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain inventory via KANBAN system for raw materials, intermediates, disposables, and spare parts.
  • Assist with lab cleaning, continuous improvement projects, and other production needs.
  • Follow safety protocols, Quality Management System policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Physical requirements: lift up to 40 pounds, stand 80% of the day, work with lab equipment, and wear protective gear.

Educational Requirements for Production Associate Role:
