Job Details:
- Location: Holly Springs, NC
- Shift: Day Shift (6:00AM – 6:00PM)
- Multiple openings across various levels in Drug Substance production
- Execute manufacturing processing steps and associated activities
- Participate in operational readiness and commissioning/qualification projects
- Work in a 24/7 operational facility with 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 calendar rotation

Educational Requirements:
- Manufacturing Associate 2: High School/GED + 2 years experience in Life Sciences OR Associate Degree OR Military experience
- Manufacturing Associate 3: High School/GED + 4 years OR Associate Degree + 2 years OR BA/BS Life Sciences OR Military experience
- Manufacturing Associate 4: High School/GED + 6 years OR Associate Degree + 4 years OR BA/BS + 2 years OR Military experience
- Manufacturing Associate 5: High School/GED + 8 years OR Associate Degree + 6 years OR BA/BS Life Sciences/Engineering + 4 years OR Military experience
Key Responsibilities for Manufacturing Associate Role:
- Execute and document manufacturing processing steps and support activities
- Perform functional area operations and process monitoring
- Execute validation protocols per cGMP SOPs
- Contribute to operational readiness projects
- Maintain GMP compliance and training levels
- Assist supervisors in scheduling daily activities
- Participate in procedure review, process development, and commissioning support
- Perform other assigned duties
Skills Required for Manufacturing Associate Role:Â
- Knowledge of Life Sciences Manufacturing processes
- Understanding of cGMP standards and SOP compliance
- Ability to work in a 12-hour shift environment
- Manual dexterity and coordination for lab and office equipment
- Physical capability for prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing ladders
- Team collaboration and effective communication skills
