Educational Requirements for QA Associate Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (preferred)
- Background in biotech, or life sciences is advantageous
Key Responsibilities for QA Associate Role:
- Provide real-time QA support on the GMP production floor
- Monitor critical manufacturing operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Review executed batch records and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Participate in lot disposition and review of drug products and intermediates
- Conduct AQL visual inspections of drug products
- Document deviations and support root cause investigations and CAPA activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during manufacturing operations
- Support SOP updates, quality initiatives, and regulatory readiness
Skills Required for QA Associate Role:
- Understanding of GMP regulations (21 CFR 210/211/820)
- Knowledge of QA Operations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
