Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably in biological or pharmaceutical industries
- Experience in a quality control job is preferred
- Familiarity with aseptic technique and biosafety cabinet operations is a plus
Key Responsibilities for QC Analyst role:
- Perform QC testing of autologous CAR-T products in a GMP environment
- Ensure compliance with all applicable procedures, standards, and regulations
- Conduct analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and final products
- Review and approve laboratory data
- Document testing using electronic systems (LIMS)
- Create, review, and approve SOPs, WIs, and QC documentation
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Analytical teams
- Handle biological materials and hazardous chemicals safely
Skills Required for QC Analyst role:
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations, FDA/EU guidance, and Good Tissue Practices
- Understanding of CAR-T QC test methods and laboratory equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility for shift schedules, unplanned overtime, and occasional travel
