Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology or related Biological Sciences
- Minimum of three (3) years of laboratory experience
- At least two (2) years of experience in Industrial Microbiology within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry preferred
Key Responsibilities for Quality Laboratory Analyst Role:
- Coordinate and support laboratory testing and product disposition activities
- Prepare laboratory and validation reports
- Perform environmental monitoring in cleanroom manufacturing areas
- Conduct bioburden and endotoxin testing for water and final drug substances
- Maintain laboratory data integrity and documentation compliance
- Adhere to cGMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in method transfers and method validations
- Manage daily laboratory activities including waste disposal, autoclave runs, and equipment maintenance
- Work in Biosafety Level 2 and Level 3 laboratory environments as required
Skills Required for Quality Laboratory Analyst Role:
- Strong knowledge of microbiology techniques and principles
- Experience working in GMP-regulated laboratory environments
- Familiarity with TrackWise, LIMS, and laboratory computerized systems
- Understanding of regulatory and data integrity requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP preferred
