Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology or related Biological Sciences
  • Minimum of three (3) years of laboratory experience
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Industrial Microbiology within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry preferred

Key Responsibilities for Quality Laboratory Analyst Role:

  • Coordinate and support laboratory testing and product disposition activities
  • Prepare laboratory and validation reports
  • Perform environmental monitoring in cleanroom manufacturing areas
  • Conduct bioburden and endotoxin testing for water and final drug substances
  • Maintain laboratory data integrity and documentation compliance
  • Adhere to cGMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in method transfers and method validations
  • Manage daily laboratory activities including waste disposal, autoclave runs, and equipment maintenance
  • Work in Biosafety Level 2 and Level 3 laboratory environments as required

Skills Required for Quality Laboratory Analyst Role:

  • Strong knowledge of microbiology techniques and principles
  • Experience working in GMP-regulated laboratory environments
  • Familiarity with TrackWise, LIMS, and laboratory computerized systems
  • Understanding of regulatory and data integrity requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP preferred
