Educational Requirements for the Quality Assurance Analyst Role:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences
- Equivalent education combined with relevant industry experience may be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- In this Quality Assurance Analyst role, you have to administer and maintain the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
- Ensure proper version control, traceability, and accessibility of controlled documents
- Manage document change control processes, including creation, revision, and retirement
- Coordinate document review and approval workflows
- Support periodic document reviews to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Interpret and implement Quality standards aligned with cGMP, FDA, and ICH requirements in the Life Science Jobs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within document control and Quality Systems
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, and Engineering teams
- Support regulatory inspections and customer audits in this Quality Assurance Analyst role.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
Skills Required for the Quality Assurance Analyst Role:
- Experience in a Quality role within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environments
- Hands-on experience with EDMS and change control systems
- Knowledge of cGMP (21 CFR Parts 210/211), FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines
- Experience using eQMS platforms (e.g., Veeva)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Advanced document formatting and layout skills
