Educational Requirements for the Quality Control Jobs:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
- An associate degree with an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered
- 0–2+ years of relevant microbiological testing or QC experience, preferably in a regulated environment
Key Responsibilities:
- In the Quality Control Jobs at Bristol Myers Squibb, you should perform routine QC testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples
- Conduct environmental and facility monitoring and microbiological testing
- Review GMP documentation and perform data verification in the Quality Control Jobs.
- Support documentation revisions, CAPA, deviation investigations, and continuous improvement activities
- Assist with training analysts on general laboratory duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support QC operations
