Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute sample receiving and quality control using LIMS and Smartsheet in the Biologist Job at Ranstad Careers.
- Manage and maintain sample and reagent inventory using digital laboratory systems.
- Maintain freezers and schedule sample disposal in accordance with SOP guidelines.
- Track laboratory metrics and prepare reports using Smartsheet and Power BI in this Biologist Job in the USA.
- Update and manage the analysis queue for ongoing laboratory projects.
- Address sample discrepancies and communicate with study leads when necessary.
- Conduct ligand binding assays (LBA) according to bioanalytical protocols.
- Design, review, and troubleshoot experimental assays when required in this Biologist Job at Ranstad Careers.
- Communicate experimental plans and results through written reports and presentations.
- Archive experimental data accurately using Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) and LIMS.
- Assist in writing and updating laboratory protocols and procedures in this Biologist Role.
Educational Requirements for this Job:

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, or a related field.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Biology and bioanalytical laboratory techniques
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Familiarity with Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN)
- Strong skills in sample management and inventory control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Ability to prepare technical reports and communicate scientific findings
- Familiarity with ligand binding assays (LBA) workflows
- Experience using Smartsheet or Power BI for project tracking is a plus
