Educational Requirements for the Internship:
- Undergraduate or Graduate student earning a Master’s degree in Science
- Familiarity with routine laboratory applications
- Ability to follow standard scientific techniques and laboratory methods
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute cell-based and biochemical assays to assess compound activity and mechanism of action in the Biology Internship at Halda Therapeutics in the USA
- Perform cell culture maintenance and cell line generation, including transfections and transductions
- Analyze and interpret assay data to recommend further experiments
- In the Biology Internship in the USA, you should document experimental work in the electronic lab notebook (LIMS)
