Production Associate Role at Organogenesis USA

Join Organogenesis as a Production Associate in this biology job and gain hands-on experience in regenerative medicine. You will perform all activities involved in the aseptic processing of a living product (Apligraf) under the direct supervision of the Apligraf Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager. This role supports the Apligraf Manufacturing department by ensuring safe and timely product processing in both Class 100 and Class 10K cleanrooms.

Educational Requirements:

  • Certificate in Biotechnology and/or 1–2 years relevant experience.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in biology or related science preferred.
  • Knowledge of cGMP regulations and cleanroom procedures is a plus.

Key Responsibilities for Production Associate Role:

  • Manufacture Apligraf according to established procedures.
  • Prepare and sanitize media and materials for production.
  • Follow SOPs, regulatory protocols, and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate batch records and quality documentation.
  • Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment.

Skills Required for Production Associate Role:

  • Knowledge of aseptic techniques and basic laboratory methods.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods.
  • Physical dexterity and coordination; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Understanding of GMP and quality systems is preferred.
