Job Details:

  • Job Title: International Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Specialist
  • Location: Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada

  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Flexible | Hybrid)
  • Salary Range: CAD $65,500 – $72,000 per year

Educational Requirements for the Regulatory Affairs Specialist Role:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline, such as Biology, Food Science, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you should develop and review regulatory-compliant label content, including Supplement Facts, claims, and marketing language
  • Assess regulatory risk for new and existing products, including ingredient and formulation compliance in the Biology Jobs
  • Compile, submit, and maintain scientific and regulatory dossiers, approvals, and supporting documentation
  • In the Biology Jobs at Natural Factors, you should collaborate with Quality Assurance, R&D, Marketing, and external regulatory authorities
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and labeling regulations across applicable markets
  • Monitor regulatory updates and evaluate their impact on products and business operations in the Regulatory Affairs Specialist Role.

Skills Required for the Regulatory Affairs Specialist:

  • 3–4 years of Regulatory Affairs experience, preferably within dietary supplements and GMP environments
  • Strong knowledge of labeling, claims, and advertising regulations
  • Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Close attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
