Educational Requirements for the Laboratory Analyst Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline

Key Responsibilities:

  • In the Biology Jobs at Procter & Gamble, you should perform raw material, intermediate, finished goods, and development sample analysis
  • Conduct testing for WIP/Bulk materials, stability studies, and protocol-based experiments
  • Execute analytical and microbiological testing using approved QC methods in the Laboratory Analyst Role.
  • Perform routine instrument maintenance and calibration
  • Troubleshoot instruments and diagnose analytical issues
  • As a Laboratory Analyst, you should identify and report abnormal results to supervisors
  • Support analytical method development under supervision
  • Assist with laboratory activities, including SOP creation and revision, and training support. and ownership of less complex instruments
  • Work with analytical instruments such as HPLC, FTIR, GC, CompuTrac, and others

Skills Required for the Laboratory Analyst Role:

  • Strong foundation in analytical chemistry or microbiology
  • Experience working in a GMP-compliant QC environment (preferred)
  • Ability to troubleshoot laboratory instruments and analytical results
  • Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts based on business needs
  • Ability to learn and operate advanced laboratory technologies
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
