Educational Requirements for the Manufacturing Associate Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field with 0+ years of experience
- High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience will also be considered
Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Associate:
- Prepare and maintain buffers and media required for downstream manufacturing processes
- Operate and monitor chromatography systems for protein purification
- Perform Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) for concentration and diafiltration activities
- In this Manufacturing Associate Role, you have to conduct viral filtration to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance
- Execute aseptic processing in a clean room environment following GMP standards
- Maintain clean room organization and participate in routine cleaning activities
- Accurately document manufacturing activities in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
- Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills Required for the Manufacturing Associate Role:
- Knowledge of downstream processing techniques (chromatography, TFF, viral filtration)
- Understanding of cGMP regulations and aseptic techniques
