Educational Requirements for clinical laboratory associate role:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Biology or Chemistry
- Diploma and academic transcripts must be provided upon request
- Minimum 1 year of relevant full-time clinical laboratory experience after degree completion
Key Responsibilities:
- Process samples in a high-throughput clinical laboratory
- Follow standard operating procedures and laboratory policies
- Perform authorized high-complexity clinical laboratory tests
- Maintain quality control documentation and equipment calibration
- Identify, troubleshoot, and document test performance issues
- Participate in continuous improvement and process development projects
- Communicate quality metrics and results during team meetings
- Assist in supervising laboratory personnel when required
