Educational Requirements for the Internship:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or a Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Other Science-related disciplines
Key Responsibilities:
- In this Food Science Internship, you have to support the R&D BG Ingredients Technical Sales team in application innovation projects
- Conduct benchtop formulation work using FCI ingredients across applications such as Ready-to-Drink (RTD), Ready-to-Eat (RTE), Powder Nutrition, Yogurt and Nutrition Bars, Performance, Active, and Medical Nutrition
- Perform laboratory analytical tests, including physical, chemical, sensory, and shelf-life testing in this Food Science Internship.
- Assist in UHT benchtop trials for FCI and consumer dairy applications
- Participate in inter-departmental activities related to lab safety and laboratory management
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions on market trends and new product development
- Maintain an organized laboratory environment, including inventory updates and library maintenance
Skills Required for the Internship:
- Strong interest in food science and application product development
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner with a proactive, willing-to-learn attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
