Educational Requirements for the Regulatory Affairs Specialist Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Food Science, or a closely related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • In this Regulatory Affairs Specialist Role, you should create and maintain ingredient declarations and nutrition fact tables to ensure regulatory compliance for the country of sale
  • Create and maintain formulations and nutrient values within the Genesis R&D Software Program
  • Participate in the review and approval of specifications, nutrition facts, and regulatory documents for raw materials, packaging, and suppliers in the Food Science Jobs in Canada
  • Participate in label reviews and artwork approval processes
  • In the Regulatory Affairs Jobs in Canada, you should support Sales with customer-driven technical requests, documentation, and product development requirements
  • Create and maintain internal and external customer specifications
  • Support Master Case Label creation and ERP data for label development
  • Coordinate elements of the kosher certification process in the Food Science Jobs
  • Participate in regulatory and certification audits

Skills Required for the Regulatory Affairs Specialist Role:
