Educational Requirements for the Manager Role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline
- Formal education aligned with quality, safety, environment, or manufacturing systems
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Manager, you should provide expert support to Franchise QSE leads across QSE foundation programs, including manufacturing quality, consumer complaint handling, water and ingredient monitoring, and corrective action plans
- Collect, analyze, report, and track QSE data resolution with internal and external partners in the Food Science Jobs at Coca-Cola Company.
- Act as the regional expert contact for fountain operations and customer communications
- Lead monthly KPI reporting for all QSE metrics with robust data validation and analysis
- Drive continuous improvement using advanced quality tools and root-cause methodologies in this Manager Role
- Manage QSE digital libraries, databases, and regional knowledge-sharing platforms
- Support Health & Safety and Supplier Management teams with reporting and process optimization
- Identify opportunities to streamline and digitalize QSE reporting systems
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve bottling plant QSE performance
- Deliver training, coaching, and onboarding for junior team members and interns as a Manager
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and group standards
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of QSE systems, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks
- Advanced analytical, reporting, and data management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools
- Experience with ISO 18000, ISO 14000, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a multicultural, multi-regional environment
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
- Project management and operational risk assessment capabilities
