Educational Requirements for the Liquid Development Associate Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related scientific discipline, or
  • Equivalent practical experience in liquid development, laboratory testing, or food and beverage R&D

Key Responsibilities of the Liquid Development Associate:

  • Support liquid development from concept through commercial scale-up
  • Collaborate with Liquid Technologists to validate ingredients, formulations, and processes
  • Coordinate liquid development activities across R&D, Innovation, Supply, and Manufacturing teams
  • Maintain and manage ingredient, formulation, and recipe data in SAP and manufacturing systems
  • Document trials, specifications, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life validations
  • Support cost-saving and efficiency initiatives across formulations and manufacturing
  • Work closely with Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams
  • Collaborate with Brand Innovation, Packaging, and Artwork teams to ensure product alignment for the Food Science Jobs in Australia.
  • Engage with external ingredient suppliers and co-packers to ensure technical compliance

Skills Required for the Liquid Development Associate Role:
