Educational Requirements for the Food Technologist Role:
Degree in Food Science or Food Technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Creation: Design and prototype new food concepts that excite consumers and meet brand, nutritional, and technical requirements.
- Early-Stage Development: Lead concept development through ideation, rapid prototyping, and sensory evaluation.
