  • Job Title: Associate, QC Analytical – Cell Therapy
  • Location: Devens, MA, USA
  • Schedule: B2 | Wednesday–Saturday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM

  • Compensation: $35.82–$43.41 per hour (FTE basis)

Position Summary

The QC Analytical Associate performs and supports quality control testing for in-process, final product, and stability samples within a regulated cell therapy environment. The role may also support documentation, deviations, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities for Quality Control Jobs

  • Perform routine QC testing on in-process, final product, and stability samples.
  • Review GMP documentation and conduct data verification (as applicable).
  • Support document revision, CAPA, project, deviation, and investigation-related activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train analysts on general tasks when applicable.
  • Perform other assigned duties to support QC operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong ability to understand and follow written procedures accurately.
  • Apply scientific principles to analytical testing and proper laboratory equipment use.
  • Clear communication with peers and management regarding progress, issues, and needs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and meet deadlines.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
  • An associate degree with equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Netherlands applicants: HLO (Bachelor’s) preferred; MLO Level 4 with relevant experience may be considered.

Experience

  • 0–2+ years of analytical testing or QC experience in a regulated setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with basic lab techniques and safety practices.
  • Preferred: Experience in cell and molecular biology (cell-based assays, flow cytometry, qPCR, aseptic technique).
