Educational Requirements for the Lab Technician Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology
Key Responsibilities of the Lab Technician:
- Support beverage and sweet food application development and flavor creation
- Produce and adapt taste samples based on customer requirements
- Modify ADM products and release samples for customer evaluation
- Handle fine chemicals with precision and maintain strict laboratory discipline
- In this Lab Technician Role, you have to coordinate customer projects to meet timelines, safety standards, and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA, including development headquarters in Germany
- Communicate effectively with application labs and commercial teams

Skills Required for the Lab Technician Role:
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage processing and ingredient interactions
- Initial experience in product development or food/beverage applications (preferred)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic is an advantage)

- Proficiency in PC applications and IT tools such as SAP and Salesforce
