Educational Requirements for the Lab Technician Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology
- Prior exposure to food or beverage product development is preferred
- Basic understanding of ingredient interactions and product processing
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Lab Technician, you should support beverage and sweet food application lab activities
- Produce and adapt taste samples based on customer and project requirements
- Modify ADM products and release samples for customer evaluation in the Food Science Jobs at ADM.
- Coordinate customer projects while ensuring safety, quality, and deadline adherence
- In the Food Science Jobs, you should handle fine chemicals using precise and disciplined laboratory practices
- Collaborate with development headquarters in Germany, EMEA application labs, and commercial teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational goals in the Lab Technician Role.
Skills Required for the Lab Technician Role:
- Strong knowledge of ADM Nutrition’s product and service portfolio
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong written and spoken English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Effective cross-functional communication skills
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and general IT tools
- Ability to work accurately in laboratory environments
