Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in STEM, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business-related field (required)
- Master’s degree (MS/MPH) or PhD (preferred)
Key Responsibilities of Consulting Associate Role:
- Conduct qualitative research using desktop research and stakeholder interviews
- Perform quantitative analysis including financial modelling and market forecasting
- Support global pricing and market access strategy development
- Synthesize complex data into clear insights and client recommendations
- Prepare client deliverables such as presentations, reports, and white papers
- Collaborate with consultants across EMEA, US, and APAC teams
- Participate in brainstorming, framework development, and project planning
Skills Required for Consulting Associate Role:
- 0–1 year of consulting or advisory experience in life sciences or biopharma
- Knowledge of global pricing and market access concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
