Educational Requirements for Medical Advisor Role:
- Medical degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD in life sciences).
- Strong scientific knowledge relevant to specialty care and rare diseases.
Key Responsibilities for Medical Advisor Role:
- Implement and execute short- and long-term medical goals and tactics, aligned with pharmacotherapeutic aspects and business priorities.
- Provide scientific leadership within cross-functional TA Brand teams and contribute to country medical strategies.
- Support internal stakeholders and external HCPs with medical expertise.
- Develop and execute medical plans aligned with brand strategies.
- Analyze clinical research, scientific literature, and complex data sets to inform decision-making.
- Support real-world data generation initiatives and evidence-based strategies.
- Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and HCPs to foster scientific dialogue and gather insights.
- Collaborate with regulatory, market access, and commercial teams.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Skills Required for Medical Advisor Role:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Medical Affairs within pharmaceuticals, preferably in KSA.
- Proven expertise in specialty care and/or rare diseases.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret clinical research and complex scientific data.
- Experience in real-world data generation and evidence-based medical initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Business fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
