Educational Requirements for the Medical Writer Role:
- Master’s degree in a life science discipline
- Strong scientific background in life sciences, pharmacology, or medicine
Key Responsibilities:
- In the Medical Writing Jobs at Inizio Careers, you have to conduct literature searches and gather research for assigned projects
- Write well-referenced, accurate, engaging scientific content in alignment with project strategies
- Apply instructional design elements such as learning goals, activities, and assessments
- Develop content suitable for various deliverables (print, digital, film, workshop)

- Incorporate internal, client, and MLR feedback effectively
- Prepare and mark up references accurately

- Ensure content meets scientific, accuracy, clarity, and engagement standards
Skills Required for the Medical Writer Role:
- Strong fluency in literature search techniques
- Solid understanding of drug development and pharma commercialization
- Excellent written communication and scientific storytelling skills
- Ability to apply strategy, audience needs, and deliverable format in writing
- Strong referencing and documentation accuracy
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Time-management and project balancing skills
