- Travel: 15% (Domestic 10%, International 5%)

- Salary: $72,100 – $84,600 plus performance-based bonus
- On-call duties to provide 24-hour technical support

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a biological science with 2+ years in Clinical Microbiology or Molecular Biology
- OR AAS degree in a biological science with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Preferred: Medical device industry experience, customer-facing roles, or LIS/LIMS knowledge
Key Responsibilities of Clinical Applications Specialist Role:
- Provide technical support, product training, and consultation for diagnostic test systems
- Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction
- Support product implementation and enhancements with additional training
- Maintain ERP certification and comply with company quality procedures
- Participate in revenue generation initiatives and promote value-added projects
Skills Required for Clinical Applications Specialist Role:
- Strong understanding of microbiology and clinical applications
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
