Mission & Key Responsibilities

Microbiological Analysis
Perform microbiological analysis on raw materials, finished products, utilities, and the production environment. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and aseptic rules during all analyses.

Quality Compliance
Apply current analytical procedures within the quality system. Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Traceability & Investigation
Maintain full traceability of all analyses performed. Actively contribute to investigations in cases of non-conformities or anomalies.

Laboratory Management
Manage stocks of reagents, consumables, and laboratory equipment. Coordinate directly with suppliers for laboratory orders.

Continuous Improvement
Participate in optimizing laboratory practices. Contribute to the assessment of safety risks.

Technical Expertise
Demonstrate proficiency in microbiological techniques, including: Pasteur method (counting and research), Gram staining, Aseptic protocols
Requirements for Microbiology Laboratory Technician

Education
Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory within an industrial environment such as pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industries.

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques. Solid understanding of GMP and GLP standards.

Languages
Excellent knowledge of the Italian language. A good level of technical English is considered a plus.
