Educational Requirements for this Internship:
Currently pursuing a degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, scan, archive, and maintain QC GMP records in accordance with WuXi Biologics documentation procedures in this Biology Internship in the USA.
- Support document issuance, retrieval, reconciliation, and archival activities within the QC department.
- Maintain manual archive systems while ensuring traceability and version control aligned with global quality systems in this Paid Summer Internship at WuXi Biologics.
- Label, shelve, and track archived documents, including logbooks and record storage.
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ALCOA+ data integrity standards.
- Ensure documentation meets cGMP requirements across QC and QA functions in this Biology Internship in the USA.
- Support document retrieval during internal or external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate with QC testing teams, QA document control, and other stakeholders for timely archival of executed QC documents.
