Compensation and Benefits
- Expected Pay Range: $23.00 – $51.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience
- Anticipated Base Pay Range: $26.50 – $59.00 per hour
- Eligibility for company-sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with plan terms
- Sick time benefits of up to 40 hours per calendar year (56 hours for Washington State residents)
- Eligibility to participate in the company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension)
