Educational Requirements for the Quality Assurance Jobs:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field (required)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- GMP / GxP experience preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- In this Quality Assurance Associate Role, you have to collaborate with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Procurement, and Facilities teams
- Review executed production batch records and associated testing data for cGMP compliance
- Support creation, revision, and review of SOPs, work instructions, forms, and controlled documents
- Perform QA on-the-floor activities, including ISO cleanroom gowning
- Conduct QA line clearance activities
- Support raw material quality programs and other MQA activities
- Maintain and update Quality trackers in this Quality Assurance Associate Role.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and patient-first quality culture
Skills Required for Quality Assurance Jobs:
- Knowledge of FDA, ICH, and EU cGMP regulations
- Experience with controlled document review and/or batch release (preferred)
- Basic understanding of Deviations, CAPAs, and Change Control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments is a key skill for Quality Assurance Jobs at Genentech.
