Educational Requirements for the Quality Assurance Jobs:
- Diploma or University Degree in Food Science or a related field (required)
- Certifications such as HACCP, Green Belt, or Certified Quality Engineer are preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, implement, and own the HACCP plan and prerequisite programs
- Maintain food safety and quality procedures and documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and finished product specifications
- Lead change controls, deviations, and non-conformance reports
- Drive corrective and preventive actions for non-compliance
- Prepare the plant and warehouse for internal, supplier, co-manufacturer, and third-party audits in the Quality Assurance and Control Jobs.
- Facilitate regulatory, supplier, and certification audits
- Conduct food safety, hygiene, GMP, and inspection training for production staff
- Perform post-operation inspections to verify sanitation and cleaning standards
- Coordinate annual equipment calibration and finished product testing
- Manage quality documentation with partners and co-manufacturers
- Support complaint handling, incident investigations, and non-conforming product management
- Prepare quality and food safety performance reports
- Maintain records using ERP and quality systems (e.g., SAP)
Skills Required for the Quality Assurance Jobs:
- Strong hands-on experience with HACCP and food safety systems
- Knowledge of organic manufacturing requirements
- Familiarity with ISO, FSSC 22000, and food safety standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Experience with ERP and quality systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong documentation, reporting, and audit coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
