Educational Requirements for the Quality Control Analyst Role:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Quality Control Analyst, you should perform QC analytical testing in accordance with GMP, approved methods, and procedures
- Develop and support the implementation of laboratory practices
- Participate in planning and implementing changes in analytical methods, equipment, and test scheduling
- Mentor, coach, and train QC staff through hands-on guidance in the Quality Control Jobs at Johnson & Johnson
- Support development and tracking of QC metrics to improve product and system quality
