Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Life Sciences or a related discipline
Key Responsibilities of the Research Associate Role:
- Support the full recombinant antibody manufacturing process, including plasmid preparation, transfection, and affinity purification
- Assist in resuscitation, subculture, and cryopreservation of mammalian cell lines
- In this Research Associate Role, you have to maintain accurate experimental records using Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), laboratory notebooks, and Oracle ERP
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and/or affinity purification
- A strong understanding of recombinant monoclonal antibody production processes is required for the Research Associate Role.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for laboratory-based work
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing production environment
- Strong documentation and data management skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience using ERP systems
- Hands-on experience with AKTA purification systems
